On days that you are to eat more protein, you will need to follow 20% of your calorie intake of the day from carbohydrates; almost all of this should take the form of fruits and fresh vegetables. 50% of your caloric intake will be eating in the form of protein and 40% of your caloric intake will be from fat. Cutting fat from your body is simpler to do than you may think, don't worry a lot about the percentages that everything gets broken down in, remember to eat a well-balanced well rounded diet on your regular days and no starches, lower calorie consumption and higher protein on your protein days. Performing this will help you not only trick your body into cutting body fat, but you will also be gaining more energy and not lowering your metabolism.
