My favorite brain foods are my warm oatmeal in the morning with all sorts of goodies and healthy vanalles nutty as walnuts, cranberries, goji berries, raisins, chia seed, flaxseed, blueberries, mango, etc ... and my newly discovered made alternative Bircher muesli, I would call the cold version of oatmeal. Both SUPER HEALTHY and offeredwhat a great good book Well, my brain food for me as a student really a handful of organic raisins on a plate porridge is not called my studentenhaverpap p this really gives so much energy and concentration and a very good feeling.

It is at this point in my battle with food fight hard against my eating disorder also the meals that I really fearless and finally eat with pleasureMy favorite brain food that is absolutely avocado. Before, I hated it, now I find it delicieus. I like to eat at the hot food or a sandwich. Yummie.Who knows, this  Adderin  book teaches me appreciate the walnooit.I love walnuts and eat them almost every day, they are not only good for the brains, but they also seem at least that's my opinion.as a practice nurse, I try to help people on their way with a healthy lifestyle before medication is required. The natural food is something I am particularly lately more and more interested, but I do not know much about it. I regularly borrow books from people who are interested in it and it would be an interesting and welcome addition.
