My favorite brain foods are my warm oatmeal in the morning with all sorts of goodies and healthy vanalles nutty as walnuts, cranberries, goji berries, raisins, chia seed, flaxseed, blueberries, mango, etc ... and my newly discovered made alternative Bircher muesli, I would call the cold version of oatmeal.
